How we handle your data – under Swiss revDSG and the EU GDPR.

Optivice GmbH ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal data solely under the Swiss revised Data Protection Act (revDSG, in force since September 2023) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process

  • Contact form: name, email, phone, organization, message. Processed to respond to your inquiry.
  • Web analytics (consent required): anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, only after explicit consent in the cookie banner.
  • Server logs: technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) at Firebase Hosting, stored for at most 30 days to defend against abuse.

Cookies

Two categories:

  • Necessary: required for the website to operate, always on.
  • Analytics: optional, only after consent. You can change your setting at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Please direct requests to contact@optivice.ch.
